FAQs

 

Can I come see your collection in person?

 

We absolutely love visitors!  However, our showroom is also our inventory warehouse so it’s not always “pretty.” Let’s be honest - real life right?!  Our inventory is always viewable on our website, but we do know how exciting it is to see our rents in person. We host open houses for rental viewing typically late fall through April only. Keep your eyes peeled on our social media accounts for upcoming open houses and sign up as a subscriber for email updates.

Do you have a minimum order?

 

We do have a minimum order of $100.

 

Do you offer delivery?

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery.  Our rents are pickup/dropoff only with scheduled pickup on Thursday mornings and drop-off hours on Monday. By putting in a little sweat equity, this allows us to pass savings onto you with affordable rental pricing.

 

What happens if something gets damaged during my rental?

 

Accidents happen and events sometimes get, ahem, a little extra fun!  Because of this, we know that our items sometimes get a little too much love. We apply a mandatory non-refundable 15% damage waiver to every order. This covers normal wear & tear on our collection, but does not cover gross negligence – such as damage caused by little guests with sharpies (just sayin!), negligent weather exposure, or damage caused in transit. There can be a replacement fee automatically charged for items broken or destroyed during rental up to $250 to the card on file.

 

What if I’m looking for something and I don’t see it on your website?

 

As avid designers and pickers, we’re CONSTANTLY working to bring you hot trends, unique items, and curated pieces.  Because of this, we may have items in inventory but just not listed in our collection yet or are planning on adding it into our inventory already … or let’s be honest, our handy husbands currently have queued it in the production pile of “my wife says we need this.”  Just shoot us an email or a message and we’re happy to fill you in!

 

Don’t be offended ... but do you have helpers to load/unload rental items?

 

While we’re strong ladies, we are NOT a moving crew. We require that you have a strong capable crew that can load/unload on both ends of your rental.  This makes the process run quickly and smoothly, keeps our prices affordable, causes less damage (ensuring you always get killer rents!), and frankly, it’s always better when we work together!  If you don't plan for adequate helpers, we have the right to reschedule your pickup when adequate help can be acquired at a cost of $250 for this inconvenience.

 

When can I pick up and return my items?

 

Our pickup hours are scheduled Thursday from 10-12:30 pm and return hours are on Monday from 10-5 pm.  Promptness with pickup and return hours is VERY important.  We service many events during the week and have multiple big trailers coming per week like clockwork. It is important to plan your pickup timing with rental trailers/trucks and the distance to get to our warehouse well in advance. Lateness will result in a late fee of $100 and if we have to reschedule your pickup because of lack of loaders/big enough trailer, there is a $250 reschedule fee. If you MUST have a Sunday return, we can accommodate this for a $50 service fee but it must be planned in advance.

 

Can we pack our rentals into our smart car?

 

While we applaud your grit, (no really, you should see what we can pack into a pickup at a vintage market!) our rentals must be transported in a clean, covered trailer or vehicle at all times.  Damage during transport is our leading cause of repairs and replacements, so a little planning ahead saves us all from grey hairs. We’ll gladly provide tips for loading and let you know the size of vehicle or trailer for your order.  

 

I know you ladies rock, but what is your cancellation policy?

 

We understand things come up making you unable to follow through with your rental contract. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your rentals for a different event date. However, if the order is canceled in full within 3 months of the scheduled delivery date, renter is still liable for the full order total, less the 50% non-refundable deposit already paid. We know that things happen out of our control such as a change in guest numbers.  When you need to reduce items on your order, we offer exchanges to items of greater or equal value only.  Because we have held your items for you, often for over a year, we cannot re-rent these at the last minute and we do not offer any refunds.

 

Oh snap! I need to make a change to my order after booking. Can I still do this?

 

Putting an event together has so many details and we know things aren’t always fluid, despite our best attempts. We allow up to two revisions to your order, as long as the total order amount remains the same or more.  We ask that order revisions be made at least one month prior to the event date. 

How do I know how many helpers & size of trailer needed?

Just ask us!  We totally know this may be outside your area of expertise and we're always sooo happy to help! Please remember DO NOT load and unload, so you must have strong capable hands that are ready to work.  (aka while we love your Aunt that has a bad back, please don't send her)
